The NCC Machine Rolls on

Sat urday Marked the 2nd day of the Nadoes Cricket Club's 2 day game against Primrose. Primrose managed 202 in their 1st innings, with the NCC closing day 1 on 155/7.

Day 2 Started with Ruth and Vetti taking the crease and smashing the ball to all corners of the ground. They booster the score to 230/7, scoring 80 runs in only 10 overs. Ruth ended unbeaten on 51* and Vetti on 40*.

The NCC then took the field and were completely on top from ball 1. Rocket Man destroyed the top order finishing with 3/27 and was assisted Alex Katzeff and the Great Dane grabbing 2 wickets a piece. Primrose were rolled for 110. This left the NCC requiring only 87 for victory in 50 overs.

A slight stutter to start things off, with Murray King only just getting off a pair, making 1 in his 2nd innings. Things were slightly stressful, but The Guru Snr smashed 35* to take the boys home to a massive 6 wicket victory. It was awesome.

The Nadoes next play on Sat 15th at Home in a 1 day fixture. Its the season ender, so the after party will be huge!! I urge all to come down the festivities will be second to none.
